Adult Bible Study
Group Bible study for adults is offered between services every Sunday and Thursday mornings. The studies may be topical or focus on a particular book of the Bible. We encourage active participation by all who attend and feel sharing one’s faith is important to the individual and the group. This is also a time when doctrinal questions can be raised and answered.
Teens, anyone of high school age, have their own separate class on Sunday morning. They meet separately so that they can focus on specific Bible topics and applications appropriate for their age group.
In addition to Sunday Bible studies, we have a men’s Bible breakfast every third Saturday of the month where the study of God’s word is accompanied by breakfast. Plus special studies are scheduled from time to time. All men are welcome!
Bible Information Class (BIC)
Bible Information Class is conducted by one of our pastors and offers an in-depth study of Christian doctrine for the prospective member. The full class lasts several weeks, and is often attended by existing members as a refresher.
Catechism Class
Our pastor leads a two-year, focused study of the Word of God for 7th and 8th grade children, culminating in “Confirmation.” Confirmation is a ceremony in which the students publicly confess their faith and are received into communicant membership. Confirmed youth are then invited to participate in the Lord's Supper and are considered adult members of Beautiful Savior.
